Refund Service

  1. If you wish to request a refund, please contact our Customer Service Department to arrange the refund. Kindly complete the refund form and send it to us via email at info@genfortune.com.hk.
  2. We will process the refund through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items. We may deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items due to your handling, i.e., if the items are no longer in perfect, saleable condition.
