Delivery

  1. Customers who spend over HK$300 can enjoy free shipping.
  2. Customers who purchase less than HK$300 will be charged HK$30 for shipping.
  3. If the delivery address is a cross-border area (such as China, Macau, etc.), the company will charge HK$110 for shipping.
  4. Online orders are processed Monday to Friday, estimated delivery time is about 2 – 3 business days.
  5. If typhoon signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in effect, the delivery time may be delayed.
  6. The recipient must fill in the correct full name and designated address. If the consignee's information is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in additional delivery times, we reserve the right to charge for additional freight.
