Return service
1. If you find that the product is damaged (including wrong pages or reverse printing, reverse or missing pages, excluding intentional damage), please notify the company's customer service department to arrange return, please attach a complete refund form and Email us at info@genfortune.com.hk.
2. All returned products must be sent to Jianhe Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. - Room 1203-04, 12th Floor, Kodak Building Phase 2, 321 Java Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong
3. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. For your protection, please make sure to return the product by registered or certified mail.
Refund service
1. If you apply for a refund service, please notify our customer service department to arrange a refund, please attach a completed refund form and send us an email via info@genfortune.com.hk.
2. We will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
3. We may deduct from the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items due to your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect salable condition.
