 chronic pain, straining of sinew and bone, joint pain, stiff neck,
shoulder pain, backache bruises, knee pain, muscle and tendon stiffness.

Direction and Method of Usage:
Find the most uncomfortable or painful spot by pressing around the affected area with the thumb.
Peel off protective plastic backing, apply the plaster on the pain spot, once a day. 

Recommend to apply for 4 – 6 hours each time.
Avoid contacts with eyes and mucous membranes when in use.
Consult a Chinese medicine practitioner or seek advice from a doctor before the use of this product by children.”
